The lamp in the above illustration is similar to the lamp shown here except for the shape of the base.
This lamp is signed on the circular base Baker, London. It is constructed
of lacquered brass with some parts having a blackened finish.
The lamp has a removable blue glass filter. The height of the lamp
can be adjusted as can the orientation of the condenser. There is a knob
for adjustment of the length of the wick.
